- You can log in to your My Page by entering the email address and 6-digit code you registered at the time of purchase.
- On your My Page, you can view your order history, change your shipping information, and request a return.

Accepting your order
- We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can shop at any time.
- No items are shipped on Sundays.
Pre-order
- We will announce in advance via our newsletter and Instagram the sale date of pre-order items.
- As soon as the specific shipping date is confirmed, we will notify you of the shipping date by email.
- For customers purchasing multiple pre-order items, they will be shipped together with the item with the latest delivery date.
- If you pay by credit card, we will take the payment when we confirm your order.
- Please note that depending on the "shipping date" of the product, payment may be withdrawn before delivery.

Available payment methods

- If you have an Amazon account, you can make payments using the shipping address and credit card information registered with Amazon.co.jp.
- Google Pay
- You can make payments using your registered credit card information on an Android smartphone that supports Google Pay.
- Apple Pay
- You can make payments using an iPhone that supports Apple Pay.
- You will be asked to authenticate Apple Pay just before confirming your order.
- Shop Pay
- You can make payments using the address and credit card information registered with the shop.

- If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please select it when placing your order.

- Shipping within Japan costs 800 yen per delivery (1,100 yen for Hokkaido, 900 yen for Chugoku, 950 yen for Shikoku, 1,200 yen for Kyushu, 1,900 yen for Okinawa). For orders from outside Japan, please check the shipping fee in your shopping cart.

Receipt issue
- If you would like a receipt, please leave a comment in the order comments section or contact customer support.
- An online receipt will be issued to your registered email address. (PDF data)
- If no addressee or memo is specified, the invoice will be issued with the addressee's name as "orderer's name" and memo as "cost of costume."
Order changes and cancellations
How to cancel your order
- If you have not yet shipped your order, you can cancel it. Please contact customer support or call us.
Changes after order confirmation
- We cannot change the payment method after your order has been confirmed.
- Please be aware of this before purchasing.
- We will do our best to accommodate requests for changes to the delivery address or date and time, but please understand that there may be various factors that prevent us from meeting your request.
Returns and Exchanges
Return conditions
- As a general rule, kimono awawa accepts returns within 7 days of receiving the product. *Returns and exchanges cannot be made from outside Japan.
- You can easily complete the procedure from your order history on your My Page.
- Please make a [return request] for the relevant order from your order history.
- Due to the nature of the product, stock is limited and we are unable to provide a replacement product.
- If you wish to exchange an item for your own reasons, please place a new order for the desired item after completing the return.
- We take every precaution when inspecting, packaging, and shipping products, but in the unlikely event that there is a mistake on our part, such as a damaged item or a wrong item being delivered, we will exchange the product if we have it in stock.
- Please note that we only accept the same product/same size/same color.
- If the item is not in stock, we will have to refund your money.
- In the event of a wrong delivery, we will ship the correct item as soon as possible.
- We will cover all shipping and handling fees associated with returns and exchanges.
- Cash on delivery returns are only available through the delivery service provided by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Products that have been scratched, broken or stained while in the customer's possession (including items with sweat from trying on the item, or smells such as tobacco or perfume)
- Products with tags, packaging, or other accessories that have been damaged, lost, or discarded
- Requests from customers who do not have a sales contract with our store (gifts, etc.)
- Returned items more than 7 days after delivery
Return Method
- Once you receive the return authorization email from us, please complete the shipping of the item within 7 days of receiving it. Please return the item following the steps below.
- Please pack the item you wish to return.
- Print the return label and attach it to the package. Cover or remove the old shipping label.
- Please collect your package from the delivery company.
