About the product
Are the sizes and colours of the products shown on the site the same as in real life?
Regarding colors, we have taken photographs of the actual products, but the colors may appear slightly different depending on the device you are using.
Regarding sizes, there may be slight differences from the stated size due to the characteristics of the material and manufacturing process.
I'm having trouble choosing a size
Please refer to the size guide and feel free to contact customer support if you have any questions.
I want to know how to care for it
Washing instructions vary depending on the material of the product. Please see each product page for details.
Buttons have become discolored or discolored
Items dyed with natural dyes will change over time due to exposure to ultraviolet rays, washing, and friction.
Indigo dye is at its darkest when you have it in your hands, and will gradually fade over time. This change in color is a characteristic of dyeing with natural dyes, and adds to the charm of the product.
Wrinkles are noticeable and cannot be removed
We take great care in handling each item, however due to the nature of the material, creases may remain on the product itself.
This is not a product defect, so it is not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

Storage methods vary depending on the material of the product. Please see each product page for details.
Can it only be worn in the summer?
Our brand does not have seasonal restrictions.
Although linen is a material suitable for summer, we hope you will also enjoy layering it in autumn and winter and enjoying the combinations of colors and textures.

What is membership registration?
When shopping on this site, you must register as a member. You will be asked to register as a member using the information you entered when making a purchase.
Once you register as a member, you can access your order history, change your shipping information, and request returns on your My Page.
I haven't received an order confirmation email
Your order confirmation email may arrive within a few minutes.
If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email after waiting a few minutes, it may be due to the following reasons:
1. Mistyped email address when registering
2. Your order was not completed successfully.
Please log in to your account and check the status of your order under "Order History".
3. The email has been sorted into your spam folder.
Depending on your provider, emails from customer@kimonoawawa.jp may be considered "spam."

5. Rejection of emails You may have a rejection setting in your email client.

I want to know when payment will be processed after placing an order.
Payment will be completed as soon as the order is confirmed.
I want to change my order
We will try to accommodate changes to the extent possible after your order has been confirmed. Please note that we cannot accept changes to payment methods.

If you have not yet shipped your order, you can cancel it. Please contact customer support or call us.
I want to return it
You can request a return from your My Page only if the return policy applies.
I want to exchange
Due to the nature of the product, stock is limited and we are unable to provide a replacement product.
If you wish to exchange an item for your own reasons, please place a new order for the item you wish to exchange after completing the return.
If there is a mistake on our part, we will exchange the product if we have stock available.
Is there a time frame for returns?
As a general rule, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that if more than 7 days have passed, we may not be able to refund you due to system reasons.
Are there plans for it to be re-released?
We may resell the item, however, it may take some time due to the scarcity of fabrics and parts required for production.
Additionally, we are constantly striving for perfection and making improvements, so we regularly introduce new product lines.
Information about resales and new products will also be sent out in our newsletter.
My item hasn't arrived
After confirming your order, we will arrange for shipping within 1-2 business days. If you still haven't received it, please contact customer support or call us with your order number.
Can you send it overseas?
International shipping will be by DHL. Shipping fees can be found in your cart. We are unable to use other shipping companies for domestic or international shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
Are taxes included for international purchases?
This price does not include taxes. You may be required to pay import duties and other taxes when you receive the product. The amount varies by country, so please check the import regulations of the destination country.
I want to change the delivery date and time
Please contact Yamato Transport directly as we cannot change the date and time after shipment. If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please select it when placing your order.
I would like multiple orders to be shipped together.

Is gift wrapping available?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping services.
